The space Living Room: - Balcony with nice views. - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with electric hobs - Toaster, kettle, and fridge - 3-in-1 Microwave/Grill/Oven - Nescafé Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS Pod Capsule coffee machine - Smart TV with apps like Netflix, etc… - Dining table for 4 guests - Comfortable UK standard sofa bed - Washing machine + clothesline Bathroom: - Fresh hotel quality towels and toilet rolls (provided at check-in only) - Shampoo + shower gel. - Hair dryer + iron. Bedroom: - UK standard double bed - Wardrobe with ironing board, clothes rack, and hangers - Fresh linen set (only one duvet per bed and top sheet not provided) - Smart TV Baby Set: Available on request and provided free of charge - includes baby travel cot, high chair, and baby tub (please bring your own cot linen for your baby). Guest access You will use the entire apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom - no sharing. - Door Lock Codes: The lock code for both the main building door and apartment door is changed at every check-out. You will receive the personal code one day before your arrival. The door code is exclusively for you to access the building door and your apartment, please do not share. Other things to note - Linen Sets: the cleaning company prepares linen according to two persons per bed. If you need to sleep separately to use sofa bed, the cleaning company charges a one-off (per whole reservation) £30 per linen set. - Guest Number: the apartment is prepared according to the number of guest on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number. - Cancellation policy: We are open to an exceptional cancellation option, including refunds or vouchers in case of an emergency or last-minute change of plans. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that benefits both parties. - Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection. - ID request: photo ID could be required before arrival to prevent fraud. Since the apartment has self-check-in, this helps ensure the safety of all guests in the building. - Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7. - Parties are strictly prohibited. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the platform. The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.
