At times local events increase traffic as well as additional travelers coming from Canada. Our friends from the north have a check point just down the road. Also, the town does a great job maintaining the roads during snow events. However, large snow falls may require early plowing and big equipment. Generally tho, you can enjoy a nice quiet town in the North East Kingdom with everything you need to live your best life. Parking and access is so convenient. This building and its surrounding roads are all paved and well kept. Pull out of the driveway onto 105 south. Pass Boutins Deli and a little further down turn right onto 242 east. Now your looking at Jay Peak resort. Continue through Jay Village passing the Deli and The Snow Job Ski shop. Within minutes you will be at the slopes.
