When you step in the front door, you will be completely charmed by a warm and welcoming front porch furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. INTERIOR: Foyer: There is a welcoming foyer framed by arts and crafts style columns and stained-glass window. Living Room: The spacious living room, is framed by arts and crafts style columns, has lots of light coming from the new Marvin windows and beautiful hardwood floors. It's furnished with style and comfort: gray designer sofaby Mitchell Gold, flat screen tv with Roku channels, mid-century cocktail and side tables, pair of beautiful tall antique "grape-patterned" lamps, wine cabinet, rugs and new window blinds in neutral colors. Main Bedroom: It has a comfortable pillow-top King size Stearns & Foster, Room & Board bed headboard and footboard, newly remodeled bathroom en suite with floor to ceiling glass framed walk-in shower, Italian ceramic tile floors and vanity with modern lighting. There is also a flat screen tv with lots of cable channels. Bedroom 2: It has 2 twin size bed and a half bath en suite. The room has tufted headboards, modern lighting and neutral gray color carpet. Kitchen: Our Chef’s kitchen is truly the heart of the home. We love to cook and entertain. You will love our new Blue kitchen cabinets, Modern Circa Lighting, herringbone pattern Italian ceramic floor and top of the line appliances. There is a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a huge pantry. We have everything you need to make your meals such as plates, bowls, cork screws, kitchen utensils, coffee, teas, wine, pasta and sauce etc., The dining room is a wonderful place to gather and eat. Warm and inviting with wood floors, beautiful round table, crystal modern chandelier from Circa Lighting and beautiful large windows. The backyard has a lovely setting. There are fruit trees (Meyer Lemons, apples and oranges) and three outdoor dining tables where you can eat dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. There’s also a new barbecue grill for guests’ use. We highly recommend to use the beautiful backyard with outdoor furniture, laundry room (free, not coin operated) and front yard. We invite guests to pick fruits from our trees for their own use if they like. We would like to give our guests space and privacy but I am available anytime if needed. Set in beautiful lush garden and fruit trees half a block from the historic Healdsburg Plaza or the square in a friendly neighborhood of houses with bright flowers and front porches, old churches and museums.
