The home has a private deck with a gas grill and outdoor balcony to enjoy the sunrise or a relaxing evening. There is WIFI and a smart TV/Direct TV. The home features a full kitchen. Large bathroom with bathtub/shower and separate sauna. Fish cleaning station as well as whips to tie up your boat. Newly added game room May 2025 The space This guesthouse is situated on a heavily wooded lot that is gated and private. There are goats you can observe through the kitchen window and are friendly and fun to watch and feed. Guest access Entire guest house including boat ramp, boat dock, sun deck. You have a private sauna off the bathroom. Spend relaxing time around the fire pit by the water. Other things to note Please remember to treat our home with respect.
