Guest access We allow up to four cars to be parked on the driveway at any time. Other things to note You need to be at least 25 to book this property. Absolutely no parties or events at this house. This is a residential neighborhood and we have strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am. There is noise monitoring software at the property that measures decibels only. Video surveillance is present on the driveway only. Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided during that time. The Solo Stove is available for use from May 1st through October. Please note, firewood is not provided.
