Located near Volvic and only 20 mns from Clermont-Ferrand. Our house is the starting point to explore the treasures of this region, from the volcanic peaks to the lakes. In winter, winter sports enthusiasts will be thrilled by the proximity to renowned ski resorts like Super-Besse and Mont Dore, just 40 kms away. Perched on a small hill, our house offers breathtaking views of the surrounding villages and the city of Clermont-Ferrand. It's the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends. Guest access The entire house is at the disposal of the traveler, except for two rooms: an office and a locked storage room. The house boasts a breathtaking view from the ground floor, with its large windows that allow you to enjoy the scenery from any room on the ground floor. The house features three bedrooms, a mezzanine with a convertible sofa, and a dormitory that can comfortably accommodate up to four young individuals. Other things to note During the summer season, the pool, available to our guests, is maintained weekly by our caretaker, Michel. Depending on the weather conditions, we may also request your assistance in adding pool chemicals during your stay.
