Big bright and spacious home plenty of room for everyone with a fireplace and new soft carpet it is perfect for the family getaway or group booking. With a quick easy drive into the town centre this is a great location, supermarket within walking distance along with park lands restaurants and Sovereign Hill all very close by. Perfect for the holidays this large 6-bedroom family retreat is in a great spot to explore all Ballarat has to offer or just relax and binge your favourite Netflix series. The space Inside you will find enough room for everyone with 2 living areas main with gas log fireplace and air conditioning, 6 good sized bedrooms with ceiling fans, 5 with a queen bed and 1 with a single and 2 bathrooms plus separate toilet. There is a secure backyard for those sunny weekends and off-street parking for 4 cars. We also have a sofa bed that can be made up in the top living area for 2 extra guests if needed so in total the house will accommodate 13 guests. Please note this house does have stairs to the second level.
