With a quick easy drive into the town centre this is a great location, brand new supermarket within walking distance along with park lands restaurants and Sovereign Hill all very close by. Perfect for the holidays this large 6-bedroom family retreat is in a great spot to explore all Ballarat has to offer or just relax and binge your favourite Netflix series. The space Located in an older area of Ballarat right next to Yarrowee creek where gold is still being found to this day. Inside you will find enough room for everyone with 2 living areas and 6 good sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans, 5 with a queen bed and 1 with a single and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. There is a secure backyard for those sunny weekends and off-street parking for 3 cars. We also have a sofa bed that can be made up in the top living area for 2 extra guests if needed so in total the house will accommodate 13 guests. Please note this house does have stairs to the second level.
