Guest access Welcome to the Lombardo’s Beach House Check-in Instructions and Check-out Policy We are so pleased to have you stay in our home and ask that you respect the property as if it were your own. This unit is equipped with many of the same comforts you would find in your home and our goal is to ensure your visit is a very special one. While you are here you should take note of the following. Parking – One spot is available two spots over from the far left hand side of the driveway. If you require another spot arrangements will have to made ahead of time. If you require more than two spots or plan on parking at meters while staying in Hermosa Beach, temporary permits can be purchased at city hall a short walk from our home. Let me know and I can help you with that if needed. Entrance – To enter our home use the gate on the left hand side. If you need to make multiple trips we have a brick you can use to hold the gate open. Once you get past the gate proceed up the stairs to the door to the unit in the front. There is a keyless lock there as well. To enter you will be provided a special code that will be activated the day and time of your arrival. (the last 4 numbers of the phone number I have on file). Other things to note The trash cans are on the right side of the driveway. Black is for trash and blue is for recyclable items. Trash day is Wednesday so someone needs to put the cans at the curb after 5:00pm the night before. Since there is usually another family staying in the building it is up to either unit to make sure the trash gets picked up. Thank you
