This mountain-side condo is ideally located for hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding, Nordic skiing; basically any outdoor adventure you can imagine! With direct access to the Stowe Nordic Center and as the closest unit to the Toll House lift, it's JUST STEPS outside your front door to be carried up to the entire Stowe Mountain Resort epic trail system for winter fun. During the non-snow months, also steps away, you will find over 50 miles of beginner, intermediate and advanced single & double track mountain biking terrain linking mild to gnarly trails found in the Cross Country Center-Trapps-Cady Hill system. You will have access to the communal pool from June 6th-September 1st (the pool is not heated). If you're thirsty after your day's adventure, visit the Alchemist to pick up a 4-pack of infamous Heady Topper, chill out at Idletyme Brewery or enjoy unique hard ciders at Stowe Cider. All are all just down the road! But don't leave town without at least one apres´ session at the Matterhorn! This well-appointed, spacious condo with unique layout provides sleeping arrangements for 8 with two full baths, and features a cozy sunken living room with a convenient gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with built-in dining area and an expansive three-season deck. You also have access to a beautiful communal pool which is surrounded by the impressive beauty of Mt. Mansfield State Forest. You'll find yourself relaxing in the utmost of comfort, with 3 spacious bedrooms all adorned with luxury hotel quality bedding for a perfect night's rest. The first level features the recently updated kitchen, along with, one queen-sized bedroom. Half a flight downstairs, you will find a full bathroom and bedroom (twin bed with roll out trundle twin bed), as well as, a full-sized futon. On the second level, you will find yourself gathering with friends and family in the tastefully decorated lodge-style living room. Half a flight upstairs you'll find the primary suite, with its lush king-sized bed, beautiful views and ensuite bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has a floor vented AC unit through the window. This is the only AC unit for the home, but the other rooms have ceiling fans.
