Unwind after a day of hiking & skiing in our private hot tub and woodfired sauna or around the camp fire. 35 mins to Blue Mountain. Sleeps 8 - 10ppl. A Nordic, boho inspired, lux log cabin on 1.3 acres of private pine forest. Offers 4 bedrooms, loft, fully equipped lower level suite, chefs kitchen, and farm house table. Enjoy a complimentary robes, slippers, coffee and more! The space Our cottage is a spacious, newly decorated, 4-Bedroom boho log cabin. Perfect for couples, friends, families or special occasions. Sleeps 6-10 guests: Additional guests may be accommodated if guests are family (i.e children, relatives, etc.) as per Township rules. Please message us first. - Outdoor hot tub & patio (Patio Setup & BBQ setup opens mid-May and closes approx. end of Oct) - Wood fired sauna provided with stay (please be sure to read instructions thoroughly that are provided in communications) - LED Lighting to help set the vibe - Spacious backyard with hammock, patio, hot tub, sauna and lounge seating - Fire pit (Firewood not provided). - BBQ Grill with propane - Two 55” Smart TV w/ Disney+ HBO Max, Netflix. Log in using your account or simply plug in your Fire Stick - Fully-equipped kitchen with air fryer, insta-pot, dual keurig coffee maker and coffee pot - Four portable heaters for additional comfort if needed - WIFI and smart home enabled - We maintain cameras on the front and back of the property strictly for security and insurance purposes, as well as to help troubleshoot equipment issues remotely ( please do not cover the camera view) Located 30 mins to Sauble Beach, Blue Mountain, Scandinave Spa, Cobble Beach Golf Club & Spa, and many private ski clubs (Alpine, Georgian Peaks, Beaver Valley). Stone Tree Golf Club, Story Brook (kids amusement) Park and Hibu beach less than 10 mins drive from cottage. If you're feeling more adventurous, you can also head up to Lions Head for scenic hiking, Tobermory grotto, or Flower Pot island which are 45 min - 75 min away. Or simply Stay, Chalet and Play at the Cozy Cabin Inn. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire home except garage. Other things to note 1. This is not a private secluded property. The neighbours are close. Guests MUST respect the neighbour property line at all times. 2. Noise bylaw in place and strictly enforced. Discretion for the neighbours is requested at all times. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7:00am. Guests subject to removal. 3. No undeclared pets. Pet fee shall apply. Dog MUST be leashed at all times (risk of coyotes). 4. The cottage is on well water and septic. Absolutely no tampons (inserts or applicators) or large amounts of toilet paper to be flushed. Do not put food scraps, grease, or cooking oil down the drain. Please be conscious to conserve water so the well does not run dry. 5. As we are in the country, there is wildlife as to be expected, deer, raccoons, coyotes. Please do not leave food outside or overnight. 6. Camera located at all entrance doors and hot tub. 6. No undeclared guests as per Township By-Law (cameras on the exterior) 7. Firewood not provided. Outdoor Muskoka chairs available until Oct 31. 8. Please review Cancellation Policy before booking. Sorry, no refund for cancelled nights or decrease of guests. Please ensure everyone in your group are committed to your stay before booking. Thank you. 9. Please note that the cottage sleep 8 and our pricing is based on this amount. We can accommodate additional guests however, there would be an incremental fee. 10. Please not that we are in the country and during the summer we do get bugs including earwigs, mosquitoes, and ants and we spray and provide insect spray to fight off these little country creatures. 11. During the winter, we lay bate traps for mice and have not had an issue with rodents although we are in the country and so this may or may not occur. INSECTS: Due to it being a rural property there are more bugs outdoors than one would encounter in a city environment (sometimes worse at different points of the year)! We recommend bringing bug spray and comfy pants / longer sleeves for later evenings spent outdoors to ensure you are able to still enjoy your time to the fullest! FURNITURE: Guests are expected to return the home in the exact same condition as it was given to you. Please DO NOT MOVE furniture, decor pieces, bar cart or other. PLEASE Return blankets and pillows where you found them. This creates extra cleaning time for our cleaner. Your cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. If property is left in excessively dirty or furniture/decor moved, extra cleaning fee will charged to guests to compensate our cleaning staff. Thank you for understanding!
