The Residences offers a private gated entrance, community pool & spacious parking if also towing a boat for the launch a mile down the road. The space Doors are open to this fun and charming spacious 1685 sqft condo located in the residences of St. James Bay Golf Resort. The Caddyshack, #331 will add delight to your golf vacation in a twist of eclectic country club fun featuring your favorite Hollywood stars, Chevy, Bill, and Rodney! And just remember "Some people just don't belong!" St. James Bay Golf Resort is a professionally designed Audubon course in Franklin county on the "Forgotten Coast" just outside of Carrabelle Florida. Not a golfer? Bring the boat, a Carabelle boat drop one mile down the road (Lanark Village), (condo parking lot hosts areas to store the boat). Also, many more amenities await our guests such as the private condo pool, and the golf clubhouse which has an amazing restaurant and recently added an outdoor pavilion that features live music weekly.
