Access to the Rivière aux Ecorces 3 minutes walk for hiking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing. The village of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts is a 5-minute drive away, where you will find a grocery store, an ice rink, and the Nouvelle-France microbrewery, which offers an excellent menu and a wide selection of beers. There are also several lakes and outfitters nearby, including the Pourvoirie du Lac Blanc, which offers a variety of activities depending on the season and a nice restaurant with local products for a meal. It is only a 12-minute drive from the chalet. Lake Sacacomie offers access to a beautiful beach with clear water and several activities are available on site for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. La Nature d'Alexis offers 60 km of hiking trails in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts. St-Alex Ski offers trails for off-piste mountain skiing Domaine Lacombe offers several activities including fishing in all seasons, skating on the lake, swimming, hiking, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and mountain biking. Dogs must have a valid license from a competent authority. Under no circumstances will a serviced apartment be able to accommodate more than 3 dogs simultaneously. Pets are not allowed in the cottage, except for service dogs. ARTICLE 17- PROHIBITION OF MAKING NOISE THAT MAY DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD It is strictly forbidden to produce or allow the production of noise likely to disturb the peace of the neighbour or the neighbourhood. ARTICLE 18- PROHIBITION OF THE USE OF FIREWORKS OF ARTIFICES It is forbidden for the rental sponsor or for any occupant to use fireworks, at any time. ARTICLE 19- END TIME OF EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES At all times, the occupants of a tourist residence must cease all outdoor activity that may generate noise from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the next morning. ARTICLE 20 - CARAVANS, CAMPING, TENT-TRAILERS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL VEHICLES It is strictly forbidden, when renting a tourist residence in the territory of the municipality of St Alexis des Monts, to install one or more tents, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles on the rental property, or any other property nearby. It is also prohibited to use ancillary buildings for the purpose of accommodation. ARTICLE 21- NAUTICAL ACTIVITIES AND BOATS Watercraft must be launched in a suitable location if the boats cannot be launched manually at the rental site. For a non-manual launch, you must have the permission of the owner of the premises. In addition, the use of watercraft must not create waves that promote the erosion of the banks or create noise that disturbs the peace, tranquility, comfort, rest, well-being of the neighbourhood or of a single citizen or that is likely to prevent the peaceful use of the property in the neighbourhood.
