The space Welcome to our peaceful riverside studio at the Lodge at Lincoln Station in Lincoln, New Hampshire. This charming studio for two features a private balcony with a stunning view facing Loon Mountain — perfect for watching ski runs in winter or green peaks in summer. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping area, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a mountain adventure, this cozy studio is your ideal White Mountains base. Guest access This is a private condo with full resort amenities included for all guests. You'll have access to the Lodge at Lincoln Station's indoor heated pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and game room — all open daily. On-site parking is complimentary. A free ski shuttle runs to the Loon Mountain lift gate on Fridays through Mondays from December through early April — a perfect perk for ski weekends. Other things to note All resort amenities are shared with other Hibernation Station guests at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. The outdoor pool and BBQ areas are seasonal — available Memorial Day through Columbus Day. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are open year-round — 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 10pm weekends. The game room is open the same hours as the pool. The gym opens at 7am daily and closes at 10pm. Coin laundry is available 24 hours a day. The free Loon Mountain shuttle runs during winter ski season only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.
