Enjoy a hike, a warm soak in our Hot Tub or 18 holes with mountain views and well-manicured greens. This home has access to it all. The space Located just 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff for shopping and dining, this newly listed beautiful modern home is perfect for families and couples visiting Flagstaff. Features a master en-suite bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2), second bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2), and third bedroom with twin-over full bunk bed (sleeps 3). This wooded retreat has been completely renovated and boasts all-new furnishings and appliances. Kitchen comes stocked with cookware and utensils needed for full meal preparation. Complimentary coffee/filters/sugar provided for guests. Features 2 smart tvs with watching capabilities such as Amazon Prime and Netflix. This property includes two portable air conditioning units for warmer summer months- keeps the house at a comfortable temperature. The expansive outdoor area is fenced and provides a deck with a grill. Relax under the stars in a private hot tub. Located a short 2 minute drive to the neighborhood country club where guests can enjoy excellent dining at the popular Oakmont restaurant. Guest access Guests can park in the driveway where there is ample space for several cars. Please no on street parking during the winter months due to snow plowing. Other things to note This property can host up to 7 people. There is an additional $ 25 charge per person per night for guest groups over 7 when requested. Check in time 4pm/ check out time 10 Am. Please note- this house is NOT equipped with central air conditioning. Please note most homes in Flagstaff are not equipped with central air conditioning. It is guest’s responsibility to fully read listings to be aware of provider amenities. Guests use hot tub at own risk. Owner/host not responsible for injury/illness incurred while using hot tub. Children under 12 years of age not allowed to use hot tub without direct adult supervision. Guests must log in and use their own accounts such as Amazon Prime and Netflix to watch shows. Propane provided for guests for grill use. SMOKING/DRUG USE IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE. If smoking is detected, a additional charge of $300 will be applied to the reservations. Guest must be able to climb a small set of stairs (5) to access the home.
