This house is located on Indian Bay..... the perfect bay for swimming and hanging out. Deep and clean. You can use our double U dock to store your boat while staying at the house. The space This is our family home, but still want to offer it to select families on an available basis. This 3 bed 2 bath house has been remodeled over the years….very clean and tidy on the California Delta. Discovery Bay Real Estate is about Location (close to fast water), and this spot can not be beat. Located in prestigious Indian Bay 1st bay from the lighthouse, you are only 5 MINUTES from fast water in the main channel, there is no easier access to getting out and enjoying the water sports that the Delta is famous for. This home is located to give you views of the best sunsets California has to offer. The dock is in a secluded private bay which is great for swimming, or just floating on a raft. There is also great fishing right off the dock. (You need fishing license for California) The private double U dock has room for 2 boats. (Our boat is not included in home rental) In the Living room and on the outside deck there is 50” TVs both with Roku to stream your tv shows. Youtube TV, Full WIFI You will find a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware. All you need to bring is the food. We use this home ourselves for our own family enjoyment, so we have tried to ensure that nothing has been overlooked for comfort and luxury. Please respect that this is a NO SMOKING property. Renters Must be at least 30 years of age. I also take my terms and conditions seriously...this is a family rental. Covered deck with ceiling fan Outdoor umbrellas WHAT WE OFFER: Fast water access with private dock, when bringing your own boat or jetskis, the docking options are to the right or left side with dock cleats to tie off your boat(s). Boat rentals are also available nearby. T Mobile Internet Mesh system to boost Wi-Fi connectivity. Central Heating and Air Conditioning. Life jackets (we have some life vests/jackets available. But, we recommend bringing your own). Laundry room - washer and dryer. The kitchen is very well stocked with, full dishware, basic cooking essentials, wine glasses and we supply several spices for cooking. Coffee maker. Teas station with a variety of flavors. Parking, 3 cars can be parked on the driveway No parking trailers on the street. May get towed Large deck. Paper towels and toilet paper are also provided during your stay. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: • The master bedroom has a King bed. • The middle bedroom has a queen bed • The front bedroom has a queen bed. OTHER STUFF AVAILABLE CLOSE BY: • The marina boat launch, gas station, Discovery Bay Yacht Club, Marina Boardwalk Shops, and The Boardwalk Bar & Grill. • Boat rentals are also available nearby. GUEST ACCESS: • Self-check-in with digital key code. • Check-in time is 4 pm. • Check-out time is 11 am. • We allow early check-in and late check-out when possible. Other things to note • Guest requires to sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. The Rental Agreement is listed in the House Rules section. • Guest must be at least 30 years of age unless prior arrangement before booking. • The fireplace is for décor purposes. Please DO NOT USE. • The Pontoon Boat on the hydro-hoist and are NOT for guest(s) use. • The hydro-hoist (boat lift area) is NOT for guest(s) use. • We do have a dock space where you can dock your boats/waver runners, however, it has no lift. You will have to tie your boat onto our dock. Please let us know what type of boat you have (permission is required). • Heating and Air Condition System. Please keep system at 78 in summer and keep the doors closed if using. • There are cabinets in the garage, they are for maid storage. • Only allowed for use of propane barbecue. • No fireworks are allowed. • No wood-burning or candles are allowed.
