The unit is on the first/basement level of house and is filled with lots of light. Our neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks and even has a small park making a safe place for strolls. Washer/dryer in unit, kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, cozy couch with TV, plush queen bed (Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets), free street parking and keyless entry. The space This is a cozy 1BR/1BA apartment (925 sqft) located in Alexandria, ~12 miles to DC. Close to Old Town Alexandria, MGM outlets, and Tyson's Corner. It has a nice, new fully fenced in outdoor space with a new paver patio and private entrance. Your furry friends will love the yard! Amenities include full sized washer/dryer in unit, kitchenette with full sized refrigerator/freezer and all basic cooking appliances & utensils, cozy couch with 50" smart TV, high speed WiFi, plush queen bed with Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets, fully controllable HVAC (so set the temperature to what you want!), ample storage with a walk in closet, free and plentiful street parking and easy keyless entry. We occupy the upper level of the house with our friendly dog. We always will respect your privacy to ensure a pleasant stay. Guest access Guests will obtain access the apartment with a digital code provided to them by mobile or email communication. Other things to note A professional cleaner is utilized between every stay to ensure everything is deeply cleaned, including the carpet. We soundproofed our home and rental as much as possible, however some noises will occur occasionally from steps and our dog Charlie. We always try our best to limit noises to be respectful of our guests. If you have any concerns or needs during your stay, we live on the main floor of the home and will be readily available to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
