Located in a green setting, quiet but easily accessible in any season, it awaits you in its enclosed garden and large old-fashioned cobblestone courtyard. Stone, solid wood, waxed concrete, volumes and space make it a unique place to live surrounded by nature in comfort! Ground floor: very large living room of nearly 80 m2 with living room 3 comfortable sofas, fully equipped kitchen, wood stove with open fireplace for the pleasure of fire, and ecological heating provided by a pellet stove. WC, a very large bathroom and an office and lingerie. Flat screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player, Wifi ... Upstairs, a master suite with its bathtub and water point, a separate toilet plus a second large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds!
