It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Attached private deck that's great after a long day of sightseeing ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi on our 43 inch Roku TV What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥The bathroom is on the lower level and both bedrooms are upstairs. If you need to use the bathroom during the night you'll have to go down the stairs. ➥There are two houses on the same lot so parking is shared but there is plenty for everyone ➥The basement has a sump pump. You can occasionally hear soft hum from the battery charging. A small fan has been provided in case guests prefer some white noise in the background. ➥No central air conditioning. Three window A/C units are provided during the summer months and the lower level typically remains cool even during the summer. South Dakota also has cooler evening temperatures so windows can be opened to create a nice cool breeze Our home sleeps six guests with two queen beds and one queen sized sofa sleeper. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest ➥Extra sheets are provided in case they are needed Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Enjoy your stay, we hope it feels like home!
