The space Welcome to this spacious and independent 38 m² studio, bright and comfortable, located within Villa Perchée, an elegant property composed of four fully independent apartments. The studio has been designed as a true place to stay, combining comfort, functionality and well-being. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently (fridge, oven, microwave and induction hobs); a raclette set can be provided on request for convivial moments. Upon arrival, a welcome basket (Nespresso capsules, tea and daily essentials) makes settling in easy and invites you to slow down. The sleeping area features high-end bedding (160 × 200), with bed linen and pillows provided, ensuring deep and restful nights. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, towels and essential toiletries. The studio is equipped with automatic roller shutters, individual reversible air conditioning and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are designed for comfort and relaxation. A dining table is available inside, while the large private terrace, furnished with a table and sun loungers, naturally extends the living space and allows you to fully enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. hammock available on request. Guests also have access to the wellness area located in the basement of the villa: a private sauna available on request, fitness equipment, a foosball table, a table tennis table, a reading corner and board games. Free secure parking is available on site, as well as an electric vehicle charging station (extra charge). The accommodation is non-smoking. For family gatherings or group stays, it is possible to privatise the entire Villa Perchée by booking all four apartments (total capacity: 14 guests). To enhance the experience, personalised services can be arranged on request, such as breakfast, romantic decorations, special touches or drinks. Guest access La Villa Perchée consists of 4 flats but you will be in a TOTALLY INDEPENDENT flat. - Free secure parking on site. - Another car park is available for oversized vehicles. - 8 minutes by car from ERMONT EAUBONNE station (car park on site). - 3 train lines to PARIS in 25 minutes: H, J, RER C - Bus to ERMONT EAUBONNE station at the bottom of the street. - A shuttle service to the station is available on request. - INDEPENDANT ARRIVAL possible (codes and explanatory videos sent by text message on the day of arrival). - Possibility to store bicycles - The garden and wellness area (gym, sauna, reading room) can be shared with others travellers. Other things to note - No parties, guests or gatherings are permitted. - The maximum capacity of the flat is 2 people. - We accept 1 pet/flat. Pets must not be left unattended in the garden for the respect and safety of other travellers. We invite you to walk your dog in the nearby orchards or forest. -In accordance with local regulations for short-term rentals, guests are required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to sign the agreement electronically. The agreement must be signed before check-in.
