You’ll be close to ALL the fun at this perfectly located home base on Amelia Island. With three bedrooms and two baths, spacious living/dining area, large yard & fire pit, it’s easy to relax while soaking up the sun and experiencing all the island has to offer! Two minute drive from the oceanfront and two miles from the historic downtown, this recently renovated vacation home is in the perfect spot for anything you want to do or see while you visit the “hidden gem” which is Amelia Island! The space This is an adorable beach house that sleeps a maximum of six, just a couple minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beach. Three bedrooms (K/Q/Q) and two full bathrooms, spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and driveway parking for four vehicles will make your vacation easy and most of all, FUN! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home as well as a very large private backyard with fire pit and an outside shower to rinse off the sand. Garage access is available for use of the washer and dryer, and to park one vehicle or bikes/golf cart. For your added safety, security cameras are stationed at all exits. These are motion activated and record audio/video. These are not monitored/watched, merely to look back if there was an emergency. Included are a selection of beach chairs, beach towels, and a large cooler. Other things to note Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Starter kit with toilet tissue, paper towels, and laundry and dishwasher detergent pods is supplied. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in wall-mounted dispensers. Hand soap and body lotion are also provided, as well as makeup remover wipes. *Only registered guests (maximum of 6) are allowed on the property.* As per Airbnb rules, there should be no parties or gatherings (bridal showers, family reunions, bachelorette parties, etc) with unregistered guests. A portable crib is available (Pack n Play style). Bring your own linens for the crib. NO animals whatsoever are allowed on the property. Bringing an animal will incur a charge of $300. Beach towels are available for use (6 sand-free Turkish towels). Several beach chairs are also provided. For your added safety, recording security cameras are stationed at all exits.
