Well behaved, house trained dogs allowed. No cats please. The space 2200 Square Feet, 4-bedroom / 2 bath basement apartment (owner on premises in separate living quarters upstairs) is an easy 2 miles up a gravel road with fantastic mountain / valley views and incredible peace and quiet. An outdoor paradise in all 4 seasons. Private entrance and patio to relax on a warm summer afternoon. Outdoor 8-person hot tub to relax and count the stars after a long day vacationing. Wood burning stove to snuggle up and watch a movie on the big screen on those cold winter nights. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range and everything you need including crockpot, full spice rack, olive oil, cooking spray, etc. Out on your private patio is a propane grill, patio set, fire pit, and picnic table (put away in winter). Full coffee bar complete with combination coffee pot / Keurig. Coffee, filters, and selection of Keurig pods included (coffee, teas, hot chocolate). Dining room table seats 5-6, and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Laundry room with full top load washer and dryer (laundry soap & dryer sheets included). Guest access Guests have the entire basement (owners live upstairs). Private entrance, and the stairwell inside is closed off with a door. Hot tub is right outside your private entrance and owners will not use it when guests are present. 3-4 parking spaces right outside your entrance and additional parking available up by the shop if needed (or if you have ATV trailers in the summer). **It is not recommended to pull snowmobile trailers up when the road is snow packed. There is a lot down below you can leave the trailer. Please ask for more details.** Other things to note EXTRAS: Winter: There is a sledding hill just below the house near the highway. Sleds provided - bring your own snow gear to stay warm. 2 boot and glove driers provided, along with boot trays and drying racks, so you can go again the next day with dry comfortable gear. Summer: Cooler and camp chairs provided if you’re headed to a lake for the day. Garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper – unlimited. No need to bring / buy your own – apartment is well stocked. Need anything else – please ask! Dog Supplies: Bowls, and large crate provided. Plenty of towels for dirty paws.
