A relaxing two-bedroom apartment with views over the water and easy access to the Pembrokeshire cycle path. This apartment is situated in the coastal town of Neyland, just yards from its popular marina. The marina boasts some fantastic bars and restaurants for you to enjoy during your visit, along with access to miles of cycle paths to enjoy on your bicycle or on foot. The town centre has a selection of shops, takeaways and bars, so you’ll have plenty of conveniences within walking distance. The space Access to the apartment is to the rear of the building and up exterior steps. *Please note this when booking that being able to climb the steps is essential for access as no lift etc. is available.* Spacious top floor apartment with views of the estuary from the living area and bedrooms. Bathroom just off the living area with an over bath shower. Bedrooms equipped with furniture if guests wish to store their belongings during their stay. Fully equipped kitchen for all self catering needs, including fridge/freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine, gas hob, oven and microwave. Guest access Guests have to be able to use stairs to access the property. Lots of on street parking available outside the building. Other things to note The apartment is part of a residential property, we ask that consideration is made to the other residents of the building and excessive noise is kept to a minimum, especially at night time. By booking to stay with us, you agree to these terms. Strictly no dogs. We reserve the right to send a payment request should there be any substantial property damage during your stay. Please do let us know if there are any minor breakages so we are aware if any replacements are needed during changeover. We understand these things can happen.
