A Private Retreat

The offered space is the downstairs of my large home. It is totally private. Full kitchen totally equipped. Full bathroom. Decorative fireplace, faux leather sofa and love seat; 1 Recliner chair. Smart TV 50" Visio Watch free. Guest Netflix access. Frontier/Verizon Wi-fi. Queen bed. Washer/Dryer. total of 958 sq. ft. Very clean. Middle class neighborhood - Quiet, Respectable. Henderson is centrally located about 30-35 miles from Tyler, Longview, Carthage, Nacogdoches, Marshall. The space Pet friendly. Fenced backyard. I have a spayed female Corgi mix dog. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests only. There are no shared spaces. This apartment is almost 1000 ft.² and it is the lower story of my rather large home. There is a private entry. There is designated parking. The fenced back yard is also available to guests. Those who bring pets can use the side yard or the backyard. Of course, guests are welcome to walk on the sidewalks or the street. They can also walk their dogs on the sidewalk. Other things to note Internet access seems very important. I have written instructions on the pad near the entry door. Password is in a small frame on the table near the entry door. Henderson is centrally located 35 miles from Tyler, Longview , Nacogdoches , Carthage and a bit further on to Marshall. Our Rusk County chamber of commerce is very helpful if one needs information, I welcome long term stays of one adult person. Guests require advance approval.
