For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the holiday home on two floors and 68m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and, as a highlight, the dry sauna. Additional costs for WiFi, gas, water and electricity consumption are included! On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. Our favorite place is the beach chair, just sit back and enjoy the sun. There is also a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Your dog is very welcome. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season. The Marina Wendtorf is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, although this has already largely been completed. The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
