The space The 3,500 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 8 guests. Bedroom 1: California King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: California King Bedroom 4: Queen Bed LIVING SPACE: When you walk into the space you will be greeted by a beautifully modern designed home complete with 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a chef’s kitchen & plenty of room to spread out. The formal dining & living area boasts a stunning mid-century modern design with a dining table seating up to 8, leather chairs & fireplace. The natural light & wood ceiling accent truly capture the luxury retreat feeling of the property. The second living area offers a cozy couch & seating area with a white brick fireplace. This space blends into the second dining area with a glass top table seating 4, perfect for a quick bite to eat during your stay. Both areas have multiple doors opening to the patio to allow the refreshing California breeze to come in. The family room also features a 150 in projector to enjoy your favorite movies or sporting events! Hi-speed Wifi internet throughout the whole home. If you love cooking, then you will get lost in the large chef’s kitchen. The quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space & all the cookware needed is available for you to put together your favorite dish during your stay! When you walk into the master bedroom you will be greeted by a luxurious California king-sized bed with high end linens, added seating & a large TV. Attached is a private hotel style ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a stand-up shower, dual vanities & a large mirror. The 2nd bedroom is complete with a queen-sized bed with high quality linens, a large mirror & added storage space in both the closet & added dresser. While the bathroom is not attached, the guest in this room can enjoy a bathroom with a resort style stand up shower. The 3rd bedroom also features a California king-sized bed, luxury linens, a large mirror, added seating & additional storage in a dresser. This room also has access to their own bathroom with dual vanities & a glasses tub/shower combo. There is no shortage of bathrooms in this home, making getting ready as a group easy! The 4th and final bedroom is complete with a queen-sized bed with high quality linens. This room features a desk to get some work done during your stay. Closet and drawers for storage. Also offers a sliding glass door with easy access to the backyard pool and jacuzzi. Each Bedroom includes a desk and chair for some quiet time to work if needed. A full laundry room is available if needed during your stay. OUTSIDE: Once you walk outside you will feel as if you just stepped onto a resort property. The front yard offers stunning landscape with a large drive through driveway that offers plenty of parking! Out back you will find a large resort style pool featuring a diving board & an in-ground jacuzzi. Jacuzzi heating is included with the stay and can be heated at any time. There is also a pergola with lots of comfortable patio furniture to lounge as well as a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. A second covered patio is also available with comfortable patio furniture & a stunning view, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail with friends or family! Full size Outdoor Ping Pong located in the back yard with 4 paddle. For the kids: Our home is equipped with a 1x pack and play crib and 1x high chair. We are currently expanding our front yard area to feature 2 pickleball courts that will double as event space for guests. This specific area is currently looking unfinished. As a result, you may encounter non-poisonous ants or spiders around the house, as well as some weeds around the farm. We do our best to minimize this but appreciate your understanding. -You may hear noises from surrounding wildlife such as owls, coyotes, and chickens. This is all part of the experience of staying at a farm home. -We maintain our pool and jacuzzi multiple times per week to ensure everything operates perfectly. However, there are times when unforeseen maintenance issues may arise, as with any home. We have a fast response and are diligent in repairing problems that arise. We do not guarantee the pool and jacuzzi and do not issue refunds due to unforeseen issues. - House Rules - -Maximum of 8 guests at anytime at the home (including visitors). Exceeding this number will be considered a violation and treated as a party/event. This is against both our policy and Airbnb's. If violated, your stay will be canceled immediately without a refund. - Do not cover or tamper with outdoor security cameras. All security cameras are disclosed as such, doorbell camera, parking lot, courts, side yard, 2x pool area. If you have a problem with the cameras, please mention before booking and why. Tampering with cameras will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. -Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please smoke outside. -No pets are allowed (service dogs require credentials before booking). Guests who bring pets without notice will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500, used towards cleaning carpets, couches, and turf to ensure future guests have a clean stay. -Please be courteous of the peaceful area and monitor noise levels after hours. -Please do not move furniture in or outside the home. Floors scratch easily. -Please fully dry off before entering the home -Please do not bring glass by the pool. Plastic cups and paper plates are located in the kitchen -Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY. The house is on a septic system, so anything besides toilet paper in the toilet is strictly prohibited. -No grease or food remnants in the sink. Anything besides liquids down the drain will result in plumbing issues.
