Waterfront retreat located above Flat Rock between Rennies Beach and Racecourse Beach. Enjoy stunning views and daylong ocean breezes overlooking the surf from your backyard. Our house has 4 bedrooms, a large open kitchen area and living room, 2 bathrooms, a laundry and a self-contained apartment. This apartment can connect to the main house or be kept locked as it has a separate entrance with a cosy bedroom (queen bed), small living room area, bathroom and kitchenette. The space The space Enjoy the sunrise and ocean views from the main bedroom, which has an en-suite with a shower, queen-size bed, side tables and wardrobe. All bedrooms in the house are fully carpeted and set up with queen-size beds, side tables and spacious wardrobes. The main bathroom is spacious and has a shower and bathtub, good family size. Amenities are provided. The house was designed with an open plan to take advantage of the breathtaking 180 degree waterfront views, so whether you are in the living room, kitchen or dining area you get to share the stunning views of the ocean. It is also an ideal spot to spend time watching the dolphins playing and surfers catching waves. There is a cool little tree house out front, to catch a closer glimpse of all the oceanfront has to offer. The living area has bi-fold doors that can be opened all the way out to enjoy the sea breeze. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the essentials. If you feel like spending time cooking around the huge bench top, it is nice place to hang with family or friends. Pots, pans, serving plates, cutlery, all the necessities are supplied to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal. Our kitchen pantry has quite a few essentials for cooking – you are more than welcome to use what's available. The dining table seats 8 people. A set of linen and bath towels is provided for every room – you just need to bring your own beach towels. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer that we like to use purely on rainy days, so we can contribute to looking after our environment. The whole house has air-conditioning to keep you cool on those very hot summer days. The granny flat extension has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, small wardrobe, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. This area has air-conditioning too. Street parking available.
