Poplar Cabin at Mariposa

A gem to discover! This lovely cabin brings glamping to the highest level of comfort and uniqueness. The two-sided window walls of this 450 sq ft cabin allow to experience nature and its scenery. The cabin is part of a well-established farm. It is nested at the edge of a forest, a wetland and a pasture field. An unique farmstead and lots of trails to enjoy! Lights powered by a solar panel, BBQ or woodstove for cooking, heated with woodstove, private outhouse and outdoor fire pit. The space LOCATION: Located at MARIPOSA FARM in Plantagenet, Ontario - within an hour from Ottawa, ONTARIO and an hour and a half from Montreal, QUEBEC. WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 queen mattress and pillows, 1 comforter and set of sheets. Wood stove (firewood included in price). Outside BBQ with side burner. Cooking equipment (to be used as long as you commit to clean them after usage): 2 frying pan, 1 pot, 1 ladle, 1 flipper, 1 kettle, cutting boards, French press coffee pot, utensils ( 2 of each - knives, forks, spoons), 2 plates, glasses, mugs and bowls. Dish tray, dish soap and towels. 10 liters of drinkable water. Cabin heating wood. OUTHOUSE: Located near the cabin. SHOWER: Shower available at the main farmstead. LIGHTING: LED light with battery and solar panel provided. Nothing else can be plugged into the battery pack. WHAT TO BRING? Food, sleeping bags (recommended in winter), headlight, towels, personal soap and any specific cooking equipment (coffeepot, etc.). IMPORTANT: The no, no and nos are: Candles, ATV, snowmobiles, pets, hunting, fireworks, guns, pellet guns, bow and arrows, sling shots or any others kind of weaponry.
