Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, large spacious deck, hot tub, bikes, family games, and amazing views of the river. Guests do not have access to the storage area in the basement and the laundry room closet. Guests access house via a smart lock with a custom code. Other things to note The master ensuite on the lower floor tends to be five to ten degrees cooler than the rest of the house. Extra blankets are available. This is a non-smoking home. There will be a $250 fine for smoking in the house. No animals. We offer free on-site parking for three vehicles, with additional parking available on State Route 56, including spaces for oversized vehicles. Please note that the road to the home is narrow and parking spaces on-site are tight. For added security, the home is equipped with outdoor security cameras in the front and back of the house and a video doorbell.
