A chairlift is available from the first floor to the second floor only. Access to the third floor requires the use of stairs. The home is located next to the river, which offers beautiful views but also means you may occasionally notice common seasonal insects such as spiders, ladybugs, or stink bugs. We have regular pest maintenance in place to minimize this as much as possible. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, large spacious deck, hot tub, bikes, family games, and amazing views of the river. Guests do not have access to the storage area in the basement and the laundry room closet. Guests access house via a smart lock with a custom code. Other things to note The master ensuite on the lower floor tends to be five to ten degrees cooler than the rest of the house. Extra blankets are available. This is a non-smoking home. There will be a $250 fine for smoking in the house. No animals. We offer free on-site parking for three vehicles, with additional parking available on State Route 56, including spaces for oversized vehicles. Please note that the road to the home is narrow and parking spaces on-site are tight. For your safety and peace of mind, the home features outdoor security cameras at the front and rear of the property, along with a video doorbell. Please note that the rear camera monitors the back deck area, which includes the hot tub. These cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays and are used solely for security purposes.
