There is a $100 total pet fee for your visit, which will cover up to 4 pets (please indicate how many pets you are bringing in the "guests" section). The back deck is fully gated so your furry friends can enjoy the space alongside you, and we provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners. -Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, ropes course, golfing, and much more. There is also an indoor / outdoor water park that is open year-round. Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away, as are fantastic restaurants, breweries, and wineries. - The property has a large, flat, circular driveway that can accommodate 5-6 vehicles. There is an overflow parking lot available in Massanutten. - Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. Each bedroom, plus the great room, features a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services. - We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options - Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a small per person fee. - Linens and towels provided - Crib, Pack n play, high chair, stroller, baby monitor, board games and puzzles provided - This home has a electric fireplace - We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING • Keep all tires off the road. • Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. OUTDOOR FIRES • High wildfire risk area! • No open fires. • No unattended fires. • No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM). • Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. ALCOHOL No open containers on roads or in common areas. PETS • Leash always required when outside. • Clean up after your pets. TRASH • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property. • Dumpsters are located at 4003 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 Guest access Guests have access to the entire home.
