Enjoy Thunder Mountain, Wilson Mountain, Sugarloaf, Chimney Rock, and Coffee Pot Rock all through giant picture windows in the sumptuous living area. Every room has views. Upper and lower decks offer tons of space to enjoy the outdoors and the views. Please note: Skyview is NOT suitable for children and is a no pet property. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Guest access Skyview Sedona guests have access to the entire interior of the home as well as the entire exterior within the property boundaries Other things to note 1) The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am. If a group checks out more than two hours late (after 12pm) a one night penalty will be charged to the guest. 2) The house is a no pet property. If a pet has stayed in the house there will be a $350 non-refundable fee charged to the guest. 3) This house is located in West Sedona and even though we are in Northern Arizona we are still in a "desert" climate. We do have a bouquet of natural wild life here in Sedona that can include tarantulas (which are harmless) and scorpions. We do take preventative care to ensure the house is sprayed once a month both inside and out to mitigate these critters from appearing inside our home. Unfortunately sometimes scorpions do find their way into the home. If this happens please reach out to use immediately and we will personally come over and handle the situation and have it removed safely! Hot Tub Usage Guidelines: We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines: Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours. Temperature: The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it. Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub. Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub. No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers. Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency. Liability: If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!
