In Kingston Plantation, just a short walk to the beach, 4 bdrm/3 bath villa sleeps 8 w/ 1 king and 3 queen beds. 2 bdrms downstairs…Master with bathroom, and another full bath. Upstairs are 2 more bdrms and another full bath. The upstairs also has a loft area that could accommodate air mattresses…a great, fun place for the kids!! Our villa is fully equipped with tvs in bedrooms, a 50” tv in the den, coffee maker, Keurig machine, dishes, cookware, washer and dryer, DVD player and free WiFi. The space Our villa is privately-owned in Windermere By the Sea, within the Kingston Plantation Resort, a gated community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There is a screened in porch on the 1st floor and a balcony on the 2nd floor. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All bathrooms have double vanities. You’ll find that Kingston Plantation has everything you could want. There are sandy beaches, resort pools, resort hot tubs, walking trails, numerous freshwater ponds, volleyball courts, bicycles available for rent, and tennis/pickleball courts with the state-of-the-art fitness center (for a reasonable fee for the week). We generally accept 3-night reservations.
