This peaceful home is located in the gated community of Champions Gate. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 7:00am. No unauthorized guests are allowed. Respectful reunions and large groups are permitted upon request. Pets are not permitted. No smoking inside the home. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Free parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway, and street parking is available. Please add every driver in the party to the guest access or the gate won't let them in. Please be aware all vehicles that are found to be blocking access to open tops and/or compactors will be towed from the community immediately, with no prior warning. If the air temperature is below 60 the a/c will turn off. Please be advised that the pool will not heat up as much if the outside temperature falls below 55°F. The heater is still working when it’s cold outside, but it is not capable of heating the pool to a very warm temperature in that scenario. We ask that you respect the 10:00 AM checkout time on the day of your departure so that it provides our cleaning team enough time to enter and clean the property for the next guest’s arrival. Later check outs may be requested depending on availability. It’s best to contact our team closer to your arrival date to determine if a late departure is possible. Note that additional fees may apply. Please make sure that the house is left in decent condition. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.
