The welcoming living room includes a cozy sofa and smart TV. Screened lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture, BBQ and coffee table for relaxing breakfast. Fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher), toaster, blender, and all the kitchenware you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast. Swimming Pool Rules • Operating hours: The pump and heater operate daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (according to community rules). • Temperature: The water is heated to a maximum of 87°F. • Weather note: If the outside temperature is 40–45°F, the system cannot heat the water above 78°F. • At night: After 6:00 PM, when the system shuts off, the water may cool down.
