The backyard provides a private, enclosed space where small pets are welcome to enjoy fresh air safely. It’s also a great spot to relax after a busy day or enjoy a quiet morning coffee. The well-kept landscaping adds to the home’s peaceful and welcoming feel. Parking is easy and convenient, with off-street parking for up to four vehicles. The driveway accommodates two cars, and there is ample free street parking directly in front of the home. Location is one of this home’s strongest features. Guests have full access to the entire home, allowing for a private and comfortable stay. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal, where you can also explore optional customized amenities such as wine and cheese packages, girls’ getaway experiences, cruiser bike rentals, Pack ’n Play rentals, and more. We value our neighbors and ask guests to do the same by observing quiet hours after 10 PM and being mindful when parking so neighboring driveways and mailboxes remain accessible. We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
