Welcome to Lake it or Leave it! This family friendly lake house is located just 1 mile from Lake Cumberland Marina and 2 miles from Alligator 1 ramp. There is plenty of room for parking a boat and vehicles in the driveway. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen/dining, central living area, washer and dryer and a basement area for extra fun! Each bedroom has a queen bed and the couch in the living room has a pullout bed. There is a deck that overlooks the backyard and firepit area.
