The kitchen, dining, and living area are part of an open floor plan. Prepare meals large and small in the fully equipped kitchen. There are two kinds of coffeemakers: traditional coffee-brewing and Keurig coffee-making. Other amenities include three flat-screen TVs, central heating and air, a washer and dryer, and complimentary WIFI. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
