Just outside of the apartment you can find bus and trolleybus stops, or alternatively you can use metro ("St. Eleftherios" Station, or "Ano Patisia" station), walking 5-7 minutes. Within a radius of 50 meters there is a supermarket, a gas station, a bakery, restaurants, a police station. Also, “Papadiamantis square” with many restaurants and cafes can offer short escapes. Feel like home while you discover Athens! The space This place is on the 1st floor, it is fully renovated and redesigned by us from scratch. With no noises, designed to calm and give peace of mind for relaxation or creation. That's why it is ideal for couples, professionals, travelers, artists, etc. who are looking for relaxation and be in the central Athens at the same time with easy access to all public transportation. Its 76 square meters includes a bedroom (with double bed, large wardrobes, and AC), a new bathroom and a single kitchen / living room of 45 m2 (equipped with AC too). This last area consists of a fully equipped kitchen for basic needs and includes a three-seater corner sofa & office (from recycled materials) for basic tasks. The theatrical lighting of the space adapts to the wishes of the guest. The aparment is suitable for your vacation time in Athens so you will get to know the capital of Greece and use it as a starting place to explore the mainland or the islands. Guest access Guests have full access and exclusive use of the entire apartment Other things to note -Earliest check in 14:00 and not later than 18:00. -Latest check out 11:00. - Please be very consistent with your arrival time! -Apartment features cleaning articles and cleaning tools -Please keep your use of electricity and water to reasonable levels: Remember to switch off all the lights as well as the A/C, the water heater and other electrical items, when you leave the flat. - Please be respectful of our neighbours. Remember that 14:30-17:30 is siesta time so please take care to keep the noise levels down. Also keep noise to a minimum after 11pm until 08am. - When you arrive, we will need to note down the full name, the passport number and the country of origin of the person who made the booking, so we can include it in our tax declaration (you will find a special form for this, in our apartment). -Parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Hosted are not allowed invite guests ιf they have not notify and licensed by the hosts. - You have questions about the house?
