Tequila Sunrise is a newly remodeled and updated spacious ranch home in a private resort community on Lake Erie. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 16 guests (13 adults, 3 toddler/young child) The space We have multiple properties in close proximity which allows us to accommodate up to 50 guests! The only things that you need are your clothes, food and you! If you get there and wish there was something, let us know, we may have it. Tequila Sunrise is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home sleeping up to 16 (13 adults/ 3 toddlers, not including children under 2) with a large kitchen, spacious family room, a game room with full size arcade games and pinball machines and a Breezeway with a Tiki Bar and poker table. A large fenced in backyard with a pergola and firepit and a large front deck with plenty of outside furniture to enjoy the beautiful lake view. Or enjoy the lake views and summer breeze while swinging on the 4 person glider. We also offer bicycles, water toys, grill, multiple televisions, toys for small children, kayaks, Surry bike and a golf cart (you must have a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart) to enjoy the scenery of the neighborhood. Boat dock rentals available within walking distance. Please inquire for contact information. EV charger: 220 outlet. Must bring your own charger. Guest access The guest has access to the entire property. Other things to note Monthly rates are for up to 4 guest MAX. Additional guests may be considered with owner approval and extra fee. Please note: Holiday weekend/weeks are listed below. The reservation calendar will allow exceptions to this, but they will NOT be approved by the owner.
