Holiday home-Fabio is only 10 km far away from the sea and it is 20-30 km far away from big cities such as Vodice, Šibenik, Biograd.The house is newly built and offers comfortable accommodation for 8 people. It is great for families with kids and friends.House also contains children's playroom and swimming pool. The entire space is intended solely for guests staying in the house. The space Holiday home-Fabio is located in Banjevci, in Banjevci 83B Street. It is very spacious, 250m2 in size. The house is newly built and offers comfortable accommodation for 6+2 people. It consists of 4 modern bedrooms (2 beds are 160cmx200cm in size, 1 is 180cmx200cm, 1 is 90cmx200cm in size, bed linen and air conditioner are available in every bedroom, iron and vacuum cleaner are also available, we also provide a cot and high chair for baby (for feeding)), living room with the kitchen (40m2 in size, TV with satellite, air conditioner and 1 sofa for 1 person 140cmx200cm in size or additional bed (80cmx200cm in size) for one person are available). Kitchen is decorated in modern style. It contains refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, kitchen utensils. The second kitchen is decorated in traditional Dalmatian style. It contains all necessary appliances such as refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, hand blender, kettle, toaster, air conditioner. Therefore, there are a total of 6 air conditioning units in the house. There is also a fireplace as an indispensable part of traditional Dalmatian kitchen. Food prepared in fireplace has special taste and smell. House has 2 bathrooms and one separate toilet (towels, hairdryer, washing machine are available). Children and adults can have fun in a playroom where you can find table tennis, darts, children's drawing corner. There is nothing better than sitting in a terrace and enjoying the morning coffee or observing the evening sunset with people you love. Luckily, there are 2 terraces within the house and one is by the pool (we also provide deck chairs and sunshades). In all house there is free Internet (Wi-Fi).
