We live in Florida but rent houses frequently on the island throughout the year for work. We have rented some really large and fancy houses on the island but this house is my favorite. Its small but would be perfect for a couple or small family. Its location is perfect. Its close to the grocery store and many restaurants. It is within a short walk to the beach and has a little shower outside the side door to rinse off the sand. It has a nice fire pit out front and my wife and daughter loved the back porch, which is screened in and has a day bed and a swing. The house had plenty of towels and even beach chairs and toys. Easy walk to the beach. The screened porch was our oasis with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Everything as promised, clean and in good working order. Walk to lots of great restaurants, the beach and the grocery store.'
