The staircase with its beautiful wooden staircase exudes its historical charm as you enter. Arriving on the 3rd floor, you directly enter the large living room, which is flooded with warm light through its floor-to-ceiling windows all day. The bright parquet floor provides extra coziness. Here you will find a large and comfortable living area that can also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV with Netflix invites you to social movie nights. On one of the original historic roof beams, you can relax in a stylish hanging chair. The living room also offers a large dining table with chairs and a bench with seating for up to 8 people. At the convenient desk you can do your work. From the living room you can access the spacious and sunny south-facing balcony, from which you can look at the lively Meringer Market Square. With a clear view, you can see from here to the Alps. Adjacent to the living room is the large master bedroom with a 180cm wide double bed. You can store your clothes in an open closet with hanging facilities. In the large full-length mirror, you can then review your choice of clothes in peace. Next to the bedroom is the modern and renovated marble-look bathroom that has a shower with a rain shower head and a wide sink with a large mirror. In the adjacent kitchen you can conjure up your favorite dishes. It is equipped with all conceivable amenities, including dishwasher, coffee machine, freezer, oven with microwave function, induction hob with Bora extractor, blender, toaster, kettle and much more. Next to the kitchen is the historic staircase up to the second bedroom. Directly under the roof with a view of the stars, you can sleep here with up to 4 people in 2 cozy double beds (180x200cm). Again, you have enough storage space for your clothes in the two open wardrobes. For families with babies and small children we provide baby cot, and high chair on request. There is a fall protection at the stairs. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors and is only accessible by stairs. Other things to note As a host, I am required to fill out a registration form, so a registration form must be completed for each guest prior to check-in. The key is handed over easily with a key box. This allows you to check in yourself and be independent and flexible. I provide high-quality hotel bedding and towels. There is also a welcome set with coffee and tea, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.
