The space Located in an ocean front community, this fully furnished and well-equipped 460 sf condo home is the perfect solitary retreat for one or a cozy love nest for two, and even has optional sleeping for a third in the living room. The gated, ocean front complex includes two pools (one is heated) hot tubs and saunas, a fitness room, a club room, and a game room. A community laundry facility is on the property that conveniently accepts cards instead of coins (guests pay per load). Enjoy the bay view from your deck or living room, or walk downstairs to the gated beach entry where you can relax by the sea on the long, sandy beach. The Monterey Peninsula features ample walking and biking trails, world class golfing and attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, and Carmel. Beautiful sights and beaches await! Enjoy nearby shopping and fine dining to make your vacation complete. Living/Kitchen/Dining Enter directly into the open plan living/kitchen/dining area with high ceilings. The open concept living/dining room has views of the bay, and seating for two at the kitchen counter. Cozy up on the sofa in front of a large flat screen TV with streaming service. Or turn off the TV and soak in the bay view. The sofa also converts to a full/double size bed if you need a sleeping option for a weekend guest. The recently remodeled kitchen is well-equipped so you can stay in and enjoy meals from your cozy retreat. Well-equipped for extended stays! Deck The small deck features full views of the ocean and seating for two. Bedroom and Bathroom The Bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom with a standing shower. An additional sleeping option is available on the full/double size sleeper sofa in the living room. Parking There is only one assigned parking space within the gated community, thus there is a 1-car maximum for guests staying at this vacation home though there is sometimes street parking available outside the gate. Pets Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Pets should never be left unattended in the home. Please be aware that the Homeowner has a cat that occasionally visits the home, so if you have severe allergies, please let us know. Hard floors throughout make cleaning a breeze and furniture covers are provided. This vacation home is professionally managed by Sanctuary Vacation Rentals.
