The space HOT TUB is fully operational and available for use. POOL - Relax and unwind in our luxurious outdoor pool and hot tub area. The pool is not gated, so guests have easy access to the refreshing water anytime. The hot tub is located within the pool area and is the perfect spot to soothe tired muscles after a long day. Soak up the sun on the deck or lounge on one of the poolside chairs. This is the ultimate spot for relaxation and fun during your stay. ARCADE GAME - We also have an arcade and game room for entertainment. The powder/makeup room is an ideal space for getting ready for a night out; and our fast and reliable WiFi ensures you can stay connected during your stay. BEDROOMS - Our comfortable beds are the perfect way to end the day and ensure a restful night's sleep. KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped in preparing your meals, including microwave, blender, coffee maker, and stove. HOME THEATER - Watch your favorite show or movie with your friends and family. Guest access The guest can access the whole house including the home theater, pool and hot tub! ♡ Other things to note - Minutes away from Waste Management We’ve partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, while also complying with Arizona law. Rest assured, your data is handled securely with them. Before your stay, please complete a quick verification and choose one of the following options: a) Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee. b) Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (refund processing takes 5–10 business days). While these options provide added peace of mind, we kindly ask that you care for the property as if it were your own. Leaving excessive trash or causing avoidable damage is discouraged to avoid any additional fee and maintain a welcoming space for everyone.
