This house meets the need for a vacation for several families while maintaining privacy, or for a vacation for several generations! A hangar completely transformed into a beautiful LOFT-style house with a swimming pool for a family vacation in an enchanting and unusual setting on a fenced plot, including parking. The house is not suitable for groups of young people; it is reserved for families. The space Possibility to sleep 12 people comfortably according to the following distribution: 6 bedrooms: - 5 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 cm (3 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs) - 1 bedroom with double sofa bed 160 x 200 cm (on the ground floor) The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a beautiful bathtub and a large dressing room. 3 bathrooms with sink and shower cubicle, including 2 with toilet, Superb living space with a very nice volume (double height) including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, induction glass ceramic, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Spacious living room, TV. Large dining table that seats 12 people. Upstairs, LE LOFT offers two beautiful bedrooms with double beds that both have access to a large terrace. Access to a relaxation area where you can take a nap while imagining sailing on a catamaran! A small room with mattress, can be used as a cabin for your little ones. The house can be divided into two living spaces. Indeed, two bedrooms (included in the 6 in total) at the back of the house can be used independently of the rest of the house as they have access to a bathroom and a small kitchen. This space can be used as a small independent apartment. The house offers a beautiful swimming pool (possibility to heat it between seasons for an additional EUR 250/week) surrounded by a large wooden terrace with beds and mattresses protected from the sun for your long naps. For people who want to buy or cancel the option: HEATED POOL, please inform us a week before your arrival, because we must start the heating a week before your arrival. The temperature of the heated water will not be higher than 28°C The pool heat pump can increase the water temperature by +/- 10°C compared to the average air temperature (between day and night) One week before your arrival, please check the air temperature during your stay in Bompas to be able to cancel, if you wish, the HEATED POOL option. If the air temperature is below 18°, the temperature of the heated pool will be below 28°, in this case allow €60 for the purchase of a wetsuit at Decathlon. A sauna is available in the residence for an additional fee, outside of high season. House Rules: - House reserved for families or retirees - Residential and quiet environment - Respect for the neighborhood 24/7 - Parties and noisy evenings strictly forbidden - Loud music during the day is forbidden outside the house - Check-in from 4 p.m. - Check-out no later than 10 a.m. - Only those who have been mentioned in the reservation have access to the house. No additional person may stay there without notifying the owners in advance. - If the number of people announced at the time of booking is not respected and the owners have not been notified, the owners have the right to cancel the stay or request a fee from the person who has not been announced of EUR 150 per week.
