We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - Well trained pets older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and have up to date vaccinations (rabies). Please add pets in guest details. Undisclosed pets will be fined $150/pet. We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. - We have a dedicated parking spot for one large SUV/pickup truck available in front of house. - Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. - Air mattress and bedding is available for guests above 7 people on request for $40, please ensure guest count on booking reflects that to avail the bedding. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Baby gear - Propane gas refill for grill - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. Prices as follows: - 2:30 PM onwards: complimentary when available - 11AM - 2.30 PM (0.25X night rate) - 8AM- 11 AM (0.5X nightly rate) - 5 AM - 8 AM (0.75X night rate) - before 5 AM (1X nightly rate) - Lost Items: For lost items, our cleaners charge a $50 handling fee + actual cost of mailing as it takes them 1+ hour of labor to go around to UPS store, package and process the mail, get a tracking code etc. This helps ensure cleaners get compensated for lost wages of cleaning for that time.
