Our home is located right in the heart of the Wallowa Valley Mountains in Downtown Enterprise, just minutes from Wallowa Lake and Joseph, Oregon. We are happy to open up our cozy home for you and the people you cherish most while you explore all that Enterprise and Joseph has to offer. We can’t wait to hear about your stay and have you come back year after year. The space This beautiful renovated 1920 home has an antique flair with all updated modern finishes. Main Floor: - Your reservation includes the entire main floor of our home. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedrooms is equipped with a king bed while the secondary bedroom has a queen bed. - Newly Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. - Old charm with refurbished hardwoods. Upstairs: - A bathroom with a shower included with the upgrade of the 3rd bedroom otherwise the bathroom is locked on the upstairs level. - 3rd bedroom upon special request ONLY. Please inquire with information if you will need a 3rd bedroom that has 2 beds (Queen & Full). This bedroom is not available without inquiry and will be locked. Basement: - Full size washer + dryer for your convenience **Please note the base rate for your reservation includes up to 4 guests, however, our home has the ability to accommodate up to 8 guests. If you're party has more than 4 guests, please add them to your reservation to see the adjusted price. Guest access full washer and dryer located in the basement. Backyard: BBQ and Propane heaters are not in the listing but are available for your use as long as you clean BBQ and provide your own propane (We do not touch BBQ). Fire pit has wood I provide for your convenience. until someone takes advantage. Other things to note - Upstairs 2nd Bathroom and 3rd Bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full bed is available upon request at our discretion for additional cost. Pictures of the upstairs spaces are in the listing; Send us an inquiry if this room will be needed and we will let you know the cost for additional accommodations. - we offer convenience by keeping our favorite wine stocked in our kitchen for a base replenish fee or replacement of the same. - Early check-in or late check-out accepted at no additional cost, depending on availability. - Pets, You must notify me in your reservation if you are bringing any pet to the home. Rules for pets: Pets are to never be left unattended. You are responsible to clean up any hair, excrement, or evidence of a pet or we will charge an additional cleaning fee of $75 to $125 or more. We do not allow pets on any beds or upstairs under any circumstance. Pet dishes will provided (please do not use human dishes). The listing is for 1 pet at a cost of $200 any additional pet is in violation and will be reported directly to Airbnb and You will be asked to leave with out a refund and charged a $500 fee for breaking house rules.
