Beginning Oct '25 Airbnb is requiring hosts to include a 15% fee in our nightly rate. The space This is a large 6 bedroom upscale farm house on a shared lakefront. There are 2 other cottages, 1 is a 2 bedroom and the other a 1 bedroom loft style. The entire property is available for rent if you have a wedding or special event. Please reach out to us if you wish to hire all 3 dwellings. There is a 4 night minimum for hiring the entire property. Guest access The main house is the centerpiece of our lakefront property. You'll have exclusive use of the home and garage recreation area. Additionally you have unrestricted use of the shared spaces including the lawn's, deck, fire-pit, and lake shore rock-beach Other things to note Our property is a rural lakeside retreat. The cottages are typically rented separately from the main house. We ask that our guests maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 7am and to respect the space of our other guests in the cottages. Please don't park next to the cottages or block the access to their drives.
