As noted throughout our listing, Spruce Cove Cabin is in a residential community with several neighbors on multiple sides of the house. If you are looking for a secluded retreat in the woods, another one of our properties may be a better fit for you! Other things to note Spruce Cove Cabin is in a small riverside residential community. As such, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside of the cabin. If you are looking for a secluded getaway without anyone around, one of our other properties may be a better fit for you. Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation. Please note that Spruce Cove is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
