The day before you arrive at your property,we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £500 OR you can opt to pay £50 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £500 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.
