This is a renovated single-family home with 7-inch plank wood floors and textured walls. Living room has stone fireplace, with sumptuous seating. Dining room seats 10-12 and the kitchen includes stainless steel Bosch dishwasher, 2 ovens, a separate cooktop and microwave. Granite counter tops and seating for 4 more at the island. NO SMOKING -ask owner about pets. There is a very large master bedroom on the main floor with en suite bathroom, jacuzzi and walk-in-closet. There is another bedroom/study on the main floor with an en-suite full bathroom with 2 roll away beds with a closet and gorgeous views of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and mountains. The living room also has a Ralph Lauren leather pullout Queen-bed. There is also a powder room on the first floor. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms: a large Junior Master with a King Bed, a huge en suite bathroom, jacuzzi, walk-in-closet, a Queen Bedroom and a room with 3 wood, sturdy, single beds (One of the twin beds has a trundle). (The last 2 bedrooms share a fully tiled bathroom.) This house sleeps 10 people. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Guest access The Arrowhead chairlift is accessible with a 7-minute walk to the base of Arrowbahn's chairlift or call DIAL-A-RIDE, a free van service in Arrowhead and they will pick you up at the home and drive you to the lift. There is also a free bus service in Arrowhead that will drive you to Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch- if you don't care to ski or hike to these destinations. In Arrowhead itself there is a full-service restaurant, Vista, and a restaurant, Blinky's, at the chairlift. There is also a free skier's parking lot with a 2 minute walk to the lift. A drop-off ski area is also available in a circular driveway before you bring your car to the skier's free lot. Other things to note We went green. Solar panels and Rennai on demand water heaters.
